FSBO Rights Coalition

Who we are

FSBO Rights Coalition is a member-led network of owners, technologists, and advocates documenting interference against For-Sale-By-Owner sellers. We turn real files—contracts, emails, texts, listings—into clear, evidence-ready packets. We are independent and not affiliated with any brokerage, MLS, or trade association.
If you experienced identity-based interference (e.g., Native American, veteran, or other protected status), note it so we can tag patterns accurately.

Our mission

Make it simple for suppressed or intimidated FSBO sellers to be heard. We lower the friction to report, preserve, and package credible evidence so patterns are visible to oversight bodies and courts.

What we do

  • Confidential intake for reports and document uploads

  • Evidence preservation (timestamping + SHA-256 hashing)

  • Face-of-document checks for obvious defects (non-legal)

  • Timeline building (who / what / when) tied to your files

  • Template library: Rule 408 letters, preservation notices, public-records requests

  • Case packaging for authorities: one-page screen memos; exhibit indexing; pattern markers

  • Optional: flag suspected discriminatory treatment so we can track disparate-impact trends (aggregate only).

  • Join to stay in the loop on anonymized pattern updates and calls for evidence

All items are emailed to ronnie@homeowneruprising.com for verification and archiving.
We are not your attorneys. We organize facts so your counsel or agencies can act faster.

How we work (simple flow)

  1. You submit a report and upload documents (PDFs, screenshots, emails, texts).

  2. We preserve the files (timestamps, hashes) and provide hold-letter templates you can send.

  3. We triage for gaps and map where the evidence will live (e-sig logs, escrow, MLS/vendor records).

  4. We package a concise, exhibit-linked memo you can use with counsel or regulators.

  5. If necessary—and with your written approval—proposed summonses will be prepared and sought through the court. Where appropriate, you may be brought in as a complainant and moved to be added to the main case as we build the class action—one person at a time.

What we believe

  • Open markets require real choice for sellers—without pressure or retaliation.

  • Evidence wins. Clear documents and timelines beat speculation.

  • Dignity matters. People deserve straight answers and fair dealing.

Safeguards & privacy

  • Your uploads stay private. We won’t publish your documents without written consent.

  • You control your story—opt-in for any public use.

  • We maintain basic chain-of-custody practices (timestamps, hashes) to protect integrity.

  • We will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities while protecting member privacy to the fullest extent allowed.

  • Contact policy: we only reach out if we use your evidence in an active matter (including any summons/joinder steps).

  • Purpose: evidence gathering to support a future class action and regulator referrals.

What we are not

  • We do not provide legal advice or representation.

  • We do not name-and-shame without documentation and consent.

  • We do not sell member data or run pay-to-play referrals.

Who should join

  • FSBO sellers who were pressured, steered, blocked, or intimidated

  • Owners told to stop marketing while others “shopped” their deal

  • Anyone with contracts, emails, CMAs, or listings that don’t add up

  • Sellers who suspect identity-based differential treatment (e.g., Native American, veteran, disability, family status).

Get involved

  • Report an Incident (5–10 minutes; uploads welcome)

  • Upload documents (PDFs, screenshots, emails, texts)

  • Request (hold letters, 408s, records requests)

  • Join to stay informed and help expose systemic suppression
