Shame And Blame: The Proof Drop

We show receipts. No rumors.
Real emails, contracts, texts, and screenshots—linked and timestamped.

What this website is

We help FSBO sellers (people who sell without a Realtor) save proof and show patterns. If someone pressured you, stalled your sale, scared buyers off, or played games with listings, we want your files.
We are independent. No broker, no MLS, no trade group owns us.

What “Shame & Blame” means here

  • Shame = sunlight. We show patterns of bad behavior.

  • Blame = the record. We link to documents, not guesses.
Every item we publish ties to a file name, date, and SHA-256 hash (a digital fingerprint). If it ain’t in the record, it doesn’t go up.

What to send

Contracts, emails, texts, CMAs, MLS screenshots, call logs—anything that shows what happened.
If you saw identity-based interference (Native American, veteran, disability, family status, etc.), say so. We’ll tag it for pattern tracking (aggregate only).

How it works (simple)

  1. You submit a report and uploads.

  2. We timestamp and hash files; you get a reference ID if we use your submission.

  3. We build short, exhibit-linked notes (what/when/proof).

  4. We add it to the pattern map and, where needed, prep regulator-ready packets.

Privacy & safety

  • We never publish your documents without written consent.

  • We only contact you if your evidence is used in an active matter.

  • No legal advice. We organize facts so your counsel or agencies can act faster.

  • Emergency or threats? Call 911 first. Then reach out when safe.

Who should send something

  • Sellers who were pressured to stop FSBO.

  • Buyers or sellers who saw steering, stalling, or “mystery” delays.

  • Owners told to “go quiet” while someone “shops the deal.”

  • Anyone with records that don’t add up.

Why this matters

Open markets need real choice. When gatekeepers block FSBO, families lose buyers, lose time, and lose money. Proof fixes that. We collect records, tag patterns, and push sunlight where it counts.

Call to action

  • Report an Incident (5–10 minutes; uploads welcome).

  • Upload Your Files (we’ll preserve and tag).

  • Join the List (get anonymized pattern updates and calls for evidence).

Facts only. Every public claim links to an exhibit (filename, date, SHA-256 hash).
